Drawing was Aditi’s childhood hobby
Creative Wall: “Since class 3, I had discovered my interest towards drawing and gradually it turned into a passion. It all started when I used to make simple basic drawings as hobby which I used to do in my free time. Along with drawing, hand-made craft is a part of my interest too. As I grew up, I started devoting my time on practising art and developing the skill further. My family and friends used to appreciate my drawings since the beginning.
Transformation from drawing to sketching
Likewise, on May 2015, one of my friends asked me to make her portrait. I said yes to her and it took me few minutes to draw and deliver her portrait. My friend was very happy to receive her sketch. Her positive response grew my interest on sketching and increased the confidence level. Since then, I have put all my time and efforts in drawing human sketches. Even I made sketches of prominent personalities like Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Amitabh Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor and many more.
Basically, I draw with graphite pencils, pencil colours and oil pastels but later on I will certainly switch to other modes. As I have been developing my sketching skills day by day, I thought to utilize the skill on a bigger platform where I can get recognition.
While I was in school, my parents didn’t think of me pursuing this field as a career. So, I have never been into formal training. I have a dream to start my own art gallery but due to paucity of financial assistance I am unable to do it. Meanwhile, I have come across my friend’s YouTube channel which covers videos of her Mehendi art. Her presence on YouTube inspired me to open up my art gallery on YouTube.
Formation of “Creative Wall”
In 2020, I have started to showcase my sketches on my YouTube channel named as “Creative Wall.” The name suggests a vision that every talent deserves appreciation and encouragement. “Creative Wall” also supports those who aspire to be artist and have expertise in sketching and drawing. Therefore, this channel would certainly serve both the purpose of teaching people as well as making accessible of my sketches. Since then, I have been gaining not only subscribers on my channel but also lots of love and appreciation from people.
Aditi’s vision for Creative Wall
YouTube as a platform will also help me eventually to earn as well using my skills. As I have been able to reach this way long, I am sure that I will soon achieve my short and long milestones too. In the upcoming years, I will conduct several workshops and art sessions for the people who are interested in art and craft being it underprivileged children or others. With the support and love of people, I firmly believe that I will be able to turn all my dreams into reality.”
